Your first step is Lesson 1: Pick your product idea. It takes about 20 minutes.
Reply and tell me what you picked.

Retention installs for paid Skool communities
Cohort Keeper sets up onboarding emails, first-month nudges and renewal check-ins for your paid Skool community. It takes 7 days, costs one fixed price, and needs no sales call.
Paid communities lose about 4 to 9% of members a month, according to public benchmarks for paid communities. Put in your numbers.
Four pieces, built on Skool's official Zapier integration and your own email tool. We never log in as you.
Your membership questions sort new members into a path. A beginner gets a beginner welcome email and the right first lesson. Someone further along skips ahead. Every path ends with one clear first goal.
Short emails on day 1, 7, 14 and 21. Each one points to a single lesson and the next step toward the result your community promises.
A few days before a member's first and second renewal, they get a note about what's coming next, like your next live call.
Answers the questions you get every week, using your course content. It lives on its own page that you link from your classroom. It's labeled as an assistant, and your Day 30 report shows what it handled.
Plain emails from your email tool, in your name and your voice. These are examples. Yours are written from your intake, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Checkout. You get the intake form right away.
Intake: your promise, membership questions, top member questions, course links. The 7 days start when it's in.
We build every path and test it with test contacts before anything reaches your members.
You approve the copy, we switch it on, and you get a handoff note.
30 days after launch: retention report with who joined, early renewals and what to change next.
You'll always know what's running and whether it's working. Everything comes to you by email from [email protected].
Day 7
Day 30
Monthly, with Retention Ops
Before launch, we record your starting point from Skool's analytics: monthly churn and retention by join month. You send a screenshot at the start and again 30 days after launch, and we compare the two.
Skool doesn't share member activity or cancellations with outside tools. We track joins, which path each member took, and email opens and clicks. Renewals and churn come from the Skool analytics you send.
$2,500 one time
Requires Skool Pro ($99/mo), a paid Zapier plan and an email tool like Kit or Mailchimp. We can help you set up the last two.
$750 a month, optional
A monthly churn report, copy and timing updates to every email, and new paths when you launch a new offer. Cancel anytime.
A one-page review of your community, written from what's public: your About page, pricing, promise and member reviews. No login and no call.
The parts of your offer and onboarding that already keep people around.
The points where people tend to stall or cancel, and roughly when.
The one or two changes likely to keep the most members.
By email from [email protected] within 2 business days, written in the email itself. Reply with any questions.
From a real teardown, anonymized
"Your 30-day refund guarantee and your 30-day goal end on the same day. Members who stall in the first month are likely to cancel or ask for a refund between days 30 and 60. Short nudges on day 1, 7, 14 and 21 can get them to a first product before the guarantee runs out."
Send your community link and the email you want it sent to. It arrives within 2 business days. What's in it
Yes. Skool only offers its Zapier integration on the Pro plan, and that's how new members get sorted into paths and sent their emails.
Yes. Skool's own emails can't be timed to each member's join date, so the welcome, 30-day and renewal emails run from a tool like Kit or Mailchimp. If you don't have one yet, we help you set it up during the install.
No. Everything runs through Skool's official Zapier integration and your own email tool. We never ask for your Skool password.
About 30 minutes for the intake form, your Skool Zapier key (from your group's plugin settings), access to your email tool, and your sign-off on the copy before launch.
30 days after launch you get a report that compares your Skool numbers with where you started. See what you get back.
The emails are written in your voice and sent in your name. The FAQ assistant is clearly labeled as an assistant.
